What is Farm to Fork?

The Farm to Fork Summit and Expo connects and supports farmers, businesses, and consumers interested in local foods and regenerative agriculture. It covers the west central Missouri and eastern Kansas regions.

Our Mission

The purpose of the annual Farm to Fork Summit and Expo is to support the family farm, strengthen local businesses, and increase food security in our region of west central Missouri and eastern Kansas.
