Farm to Fork 2021 is a virtual event open to all interested in building more local food and farms into our future! Speakers, workshops and entertainment Feb. 2, 9, and 16! Farm to Fork is also open 24/7 all month to attendees to view recorded sessions, network with others, and more!

Here is how Exhibitor Spaces will work at this virtual event:


Exhibitors at Farm to Fork set up their online “booth” presence in the Exhibitor Center over the Whova conference platform. In addition to photo(s) and contact information, you are welcome to upload documents, such as brochures, and videos, too.

Once you register as exhibitor, you will receive a URL link to your exhibitor space. There you can upload information, including Zoom meeting links for live-streaming face-to-face meetings with attendees who visit your booth during the 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. “Visit Exhibitors” time on main conference days Tuesday Feb. 2, Feb. 9, and Feb. 16.

Attendees can view your information online, and contact you anytime during the event through Feb. 16.

You can also use the online event’s networking functions to reach out to attendees.


Farm to Fork encourages attendees to visit face-to-face with exhibitors at the start of each event afternoon, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., Tuesdays Feb. 2, 9 and 16.

To meet with visitors face-to-face, you will provide a Zoom link for that time. NOTE: You must enter a new zoom link each week in order to meet with visitors each week at that time 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Tuesday Feb. 2, 9, and 16.

Visitors will click on the link to enter your Zoom meeting at that time, on that day. You enter your Zoom link using the “livestream” information button in your Exhibitor Center area.
