The 4th annual Farm to Fork Summit is a day of building market and community connections needed to strengthen area farms and secure good food for all.
The day-long event features luncheon keynote speaker Josh Volk, author of best-selling books Build Your Own Farm Tools and Compact Farming.
Interactive sessions through the day focus on starting and growing farm businesses and building farm-fresh foods into everyday rural life, such as farm-to-school marketing and education.
The Summit includes a local food lunch catered by the 2021 world champion Osceola High School Barbeque Team.
Seats are limited. Register early!
