New Growth Transit’s Chief Regional Mobility Officer, Kelly Ast, will be speaking at the 2025 Rural Philanthropy Summit: Stronger Together, taking place April 10-11, 2025, at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO.
The summit, hosted by Philanthropy Missouri, is a gathering of funders, nonprofits, and community leaders aimed at fostering stronger connections and collaborative solutions for rural communities. The event will feature keynote presentations, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.
We’re excited to have Kelly Ast share her insights and experiences from her work with New Growth Transit. New Growth Transit is a vital resource providing volunteer-driven transportation services that address transportation barriers for rural residents. Kelly’s leadership has been instrumental in the program’s growth, providing over 1 million miles of free rides in just 10 months this past year.
The summit begins with a welcome social at 5:00 PM on April 10, followed by an award celebration for CFO registrants at 6:30 PM. The main event on April 11 includes a keynote by Erin Borla, various breakout sessions, and a networking luncheon.
