Join the farm-to-school crunch-off!
Show your stuff in the national Farm to School crunch off! Up to $1,000 is available from the Missouri Department of Agriculture to schools that buy local produce by November 1, 2022. Help finding and working with local providers is available from our Farm to School Specialist.
Win contracts with business certification
To help provide a level playing field for women business owners, the government limits competition for certain contracts to businesses that participate in the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contracting program. Woman-Owned Small Business certification is the topic of our next New Growth Women’s Business Center webinar at noon on Thursday, August 18.

SERVICE AREA
The New Growth Women’s Business Center serves 13 counties in west central Missouri and two in southeastern Kansas.
- MISSOURI: Barton, Bates, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Henry, Hickory, Morgan, Polk, St. Clair, and Vernon counties.
- KANSAS: Bourbon and Crawford counties.
OFFICES
New Growth Women’s Business Center headquarters are at The Liston Center, 508 N. Main St., El Dorado Springs, MO, 64744.
We also meet up with entrepreneurs at partner sites across our 15 rural Missouri and Kansas counties.
HOURS
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends by appointment.
