Making Rural Visible Project
Making Rural Visible is a regional effort to promote tourism-related businesses, attractions and events in west central Missouri. It uses the powerful, searchable state tourism directory
VisitMO.com. More listings there, and promotion of them, will help visitors find what our rural towns have to offer.

A Making Rural Visible support team is ready to help businesses and communities in seven area counties complete VisitMO.com listings. Interns will help promote these businesses, attractions, and events, over summer tourism months.

The regional community development corporation New Growth leads the Making Rural Visible effort with support from USDA Rural Development.
