West central Missouri partners are preparing next steps for addressing workforce challenges and opportunities with new data and analysis from a major regional workforce study just completed.

The study and next steps for funding regional action were the topic recently of the START HERE Business Acceleration Network bimonthly community partner meeting.

We heard from START HERE partner Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission, which commissioned the study, and O’Brian Consulting Services, which conducted it. We also gathered input from participants about priorities and action steps.
