ABC Motors

A mechanics garage is a staple for any community; you have to have a place to get your car or truck serviced. When the people of that place are highly qualified, trustworthy, and generous, it is natural that this business would grow. More people coming to the business, and more products and services added for them, is the story of ABC Motors in rural Buffalo, Missouri.

General Manager Brian Ainley began in 2004 selling and servicing vehicles in this Dallas County town, 45 minutes northeast of Springfield, MO. ABC Motors began adding value to the small town’s economy before the first sale on site, with renovation of a dilapidated gas station for the company’s home.

Abandoned derelict properties are common in struggling rural communities. In Buffalo, the old gas station is now a new shop and sales building with more ABC Motors enterprises sprouting up around it. Travel campers, tiny homes, and zero-turn lawn mowers are products ABC Motors now sells in addition to used cars. The company’s certified technicians service them all.

True to the spirit of a hometown business, ABC Motors’ people are willing and ready to help. It’s a big part of this local business success. Reviews include thankful stories from fans, including this one: “We had a flat tire on our trailer right across from (ABC Motors) at Casey’s. We ran over to them real quick, and without hesitation they helped us change out our tire, gave us their courtesy vehicle to go grab the replacement tire from another shop, and helped us get it all put back together. All without asking for a dime.”
