The day-long event features luncheon keynote speaker Josh Volk, author of best-selling books Build Your Own Farm Tools and Compact Farming.
Interactive sessions through the day focus on starting and growing farm businesses and building farm-fresh foods into everyday rural life. Topics include farm to school, grazing systems, food for well-being, rural food business 101 and more.
Tickets are $35 and include a local food lunch catered by the 2021 world champion Osceola High School Barbeque Team.
